  • Players work on all the basic skills necessary to become a complete hockey player

Power Skating and Agility
  • Designed to improve each participant’s balance, agility, and overall skating ability
  • This program will also increase each skater’s speed and strengthen as well as condition each student
  • 7 or 8 week curriculum (depends on session) covers every aspect of skating from the most rudimentary of skating drills to the most advanced

Advanced Skills Clinics
  • Geared to hone specific skills, using a rotational format in which a single skillset will be worked on each week
  • Dangling & Stickhandling - drills to improve puck control, plus competitions designed to motivate each student
  • Sniper Shooting - Develop and improve all four shots; improve on shot accuracy, speed, and power, with emphasis on quick release shooting
  • Power Skating - Edgework, balance & agility, improving on stops and starts, and explosive take offs
